Shinjini Kulkarni has performed in festivals like Vasantotsava.She was also
invited to give a solo performance at the Lalit Kala Academy’s Garhi Artist Studio. She performed a solo show as homage to Begum Akhtar, in a very prestigious concert organized in Lucknow, which
was greatly appreciated by art critics and the media. Shinjini, gave a spectacular performance for the renowned Sanatkada Festival, Lucknow. She gave an outstanding performance in Guwahati at the Kala Samanvaya Festival which was received with great warmth by all. Shinjini Kulkarni had the opportunity to perform in New Delhi at the Aarohan Festival for budding artists, subsequent to which she gave a mesmerizing performance at Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sanghralaya, Bhopal on the occasion of International Museum Day. Shinjini has given numerous solo performances and group shows in various cities of India and has received affectionate appreciation and blessings by the audience. Shinjini is a member of the newly formed pure classical based percussion band – Laya-Curry. The band includes the upcoming generation of artists such as Anubrata Chatterjee, S.Swaminathan, Shikhar Naad Qureshi, Esani Dey, I.D Rao. Recently, she has performed a dance sequence in the movie Jaanisaar, directed by Sh.Muzaffar Ali ji under the dance direction of Pt.Birju Maharaj ji. Receiving warm appreciation, she has begun exploring the field of acting as well, starring opposite Ravi Kishan as the lead actress. Next she will be seen in a Kathak based song composed by Pt.Bickram Ghosh for the movie Har Har Byomkesh.
