Biography
Shinjini Kulkarni gave a mesmerizing performance at Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sanghralaya, Bhopal on the occasion of International Museum Day. Shinjini Kulkarni has performed in festivals like Vasantotsava. She was also invited to give a solo performance at the Lalit Kala Academy’s Garhi Artist Studio. She performed a solo show as homage to Begum Akhtar, in a very prestigious concert organized in Lucknow, which was greatly appreciated by art critics and the media.

Kathak dancer Shinjini Kulkarni is the granddaughter of Kathak Maestro Pandit Birju Maharaj ji. She is the ninth generation from Kalka Bindadin lineage. She began her training in Kathak dance at the age of five under the tutelage of her grandfather. She began performing at the age of eight, and has ever since been exploring her passion for dance. While excelling in her studies, she has also continued her training with utmost dedication and sincerity.
