   Biography
Worked as a main teacher at Aavishkar Music Academy, Nagpur for 5 years where she was teaching more than 200 students Nominee of very prestigious Madhuribai Deshmukh HERD Foundation Awards in the field of Arts in the year 2013.
Rasika was amongst the 5 finalist of Etv - Swarsangram, a popular reality show on ETV Marathi.She won Lata Mangeshkar Award.She got Mohammad Rafi Award for her work in music. Rasika won prestigious 'Nagpur Idol Puraskar'. She performed on DD Sahyadri channel program M2G2 with famous film personalities.She won Best Singer Award at Sahyadri Antakshari. Given playback to many albums like Sai tere Charanome..' With Pt. Anp Jalota, her solo album 'Sandhyarang Srujanache' is released.Performing in many shows in India and  abroad.

Rasika  is a disciple of Dr. Sucheta Kulkarni, Mrs. Beena Chatarjee and Pt. Prabhakar Dhakde. She took to music, quite early in her career as naturally as a fish takes to water

She won Lata Mangeshkar Award.

She won Best Singer Award at Sahyadri Antakshari.
