Sufi singer Sonal Shah is a rare musical genius who is able to perform Indian Classical Music as well as popular music with equal grace and command. Sonal is a graded artist of

All India Radio and is performing since 1988. Sonal has also taken disciplined training of URDU language for understanding the aesthetics of Sher and the complicated nuances of the language from Late

Ustad Amar Vaishnav and she belongs to the Rampur Tradition of Urdu language and "Dagh" school of poetry. Sonal Shah is equally comfortable with written and

spoken Urdu. At present she is grasping the depth of Urdu language from Janab Tatib Nakkash Sahab of Baroda. She is also a talented composer.

3) She has been awarded with National the title- 'Sur-Mani" for vocal music

4) She is a graded artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan

5) She has over 1000 shows to her credit till date
