Biography
Amruta Pankaj Natu is a talented singer with a versatile personality. She has received classical training in Music under the guidance of her Grandmother Late Smt. Indirabai Khadilkar, a renowned classical exponent, Smt. Manjushree Khadilkar an international acclaimed Keertankar and her elder brother Tyagaraj Khadilkar. They have been an immense influence in her artistic grooming.
She recorded her first song ‘ Nar-vara Krishna Saman’ a naytageet at the age of three at Pune Akashwani Kendra.
Amruta has also received training in Katthak Dance from Shri Badriprasad Kulkarni for eight years.

Career
Amruta recorded her first song ‘ Nar-vara Krishna Saman’ a Naytageet at the age of three at Pune Akashwani Kendra.
She recorded English Albums for ‘East light’ and ‘Temple tree’ composed by Australian composer Kelvin Brown.
Amrita hosted a musical show on ETV Marathi Channel ‘Saptasur – Ek Sargam’ in 2003-04.
Amruta has many prestigious performances to her credit. To name a few are ‘The Brian Silas Show’ aired on Sahara Manoranjan Channel, show Gao Mere Sang as lead singer with Anu Kapoor for the Dubai based channel ‘Jeeyo’ which is aired in Pakistan, Gulf and Europe, with Milind Ingale for the musical show ‘Garwa’ produced by Avnish Productions, etc. She has participated in the program “Waar Pariiwar” on Sony television, hosted by Urmila Matondkar
She performs in various programs on Zee Marathi, Star Maaza, Doordarshan Sahyadri, Saam, Star Pravah.
Amruta sung the song Jai Amba in a album released in Germany.
Amruta has sung many titles like Bola chi Kadi Bolachach Bhat, Aboli, Palsala Pane Paach, T.V.S., Saregama, Kasauti Zindagi ki on Star Plus, Kehta Hai Dil on Star Plus, Muzse Dosti Karoge on Star Gold, Vadalvat on Alpha TV Marathi.
Some films like ‘Amchi Didi’ & ‘Phulpakhare’, Hindi untitled (music – Ravindra Jain), Background vocals for ‘Dreams’, Rangeen, Zabardast, Junglee, Gharkul, Jau tithe khao, R R Abaa etc have their titles sung by Amruta.
Amruta has also sung jingles like Bajaj Scooter, Peetambari, Sona Tea, BSNL, High Tea, Tata Power, etc.

Awards & Achievements
Amruta has won inter-collegiate Prestigious competitions in Pune such as Purushottam trophy, Firodia trophy as ‘Best Singer’. She also won ‘Sare-Gama’ Competition in 1995 organized by Zee Television judged by the music legend Naushad Ali.
Amruta was the finalist of Marathi Saregamapa ‘Ajj cha awaaz’ on Zee Marathi. She was also nominated for Best Playback Singer for Maharashtra Government award 2009 for the film ‘Vavatal’
