Srivani Yalla has received much recognition for her contributions to the music world, for not only performing and teaching Carnatic Music, but also for introducing it to other art forms in the world. Today, she is one of the leading veena artists. Srivani conceives brilliant ideas and translates them into picuresque pharases of nots and it capable of carving them with exquisite craftsmanship to create a convivial atmosphere. With a subtle strum on the strings, she can produce vivacious vibrations and tenacious tones. Dignified docility despite abundant ability make here respectable and conspicuous. Being an admixture of moil, mettle and merit, Srivani had melody at her fingertips that exudes, congeals and crystalises into the specific shape of a raga which she renders.

• Recipient of the Scholarship given by Ministry of Human Resources Dovelopment, Governemnt of India 1998 to 2000.
• Recipient of a cash award of Rs. 10,000/- (for a Veena instrument) from the Governemnt of Andhra Pradesh.

TRACK OF TALENT                       :

• Global Tour performed to USA, Newzeland. Australia, Singapoor & Malasiya
• TTD Deputed me to Singapoor for presentation of Veena Concerts.
• 2001 – As part of the international youth Exchange Programme between India and Srilanka, Srivaani gave 6 concerts in Srilanka, which were broadcast and telecast live.
• 1999-Directorate of youth Services, Government of Andhra Pradesh awarded her 1^st place in Veena.
• 1999- Received 2^nd prize from the hands of Sri Murali Manohar Johsi, Minister of HRD, ‘Government of India, in the National Youth Festival at Lucknow.
• 2000-October 1^st Position and received the prize from the hands of Sri Sundar Singh Bhadhari, Governor of Gujarat, in National Youth Festival in Gujarat.
