   Biography
Belongs to musician family from Goa
My Grand Mother was a Court singer in Badoda,she learned vocal music from Ustad Nanhe khan of Agra Gharana.
I have started my music as a vocalist at early age. later been impressed by instrument sitar and started learning sitar under tutelage of Ustad Karim Khan from Dharwad-Karnataka. and in 1994 started my advance studies from Ustad Shahid parvez under Guru shishya parmapara

Ganda bandh Shagird of Ustad shahid Parvez, learning sitar under guru shishya parampara from 1994

Performed in South America, Chile Brazil , Argentina,Dubai etc
Performed for many prestigious music conferences in India 
Having very own Fusion Group SHANTI
working as a staff artiste at All India Radio-Panaji
Composed more then 50 songs in Konakani and Marathi language. Composed Music for Goan Flote 26th jan pared on Janapath New Delhi n won first place

Shanti Fusion Band by YOGRAJ NAIK

Shanti Fusion is a Music group performing fusion music. It is an excellent fusion of Indian classical music and western music, The lead instrument is Sitar accompanied by Tabala, Drum set, Saxophone, Keyboard, Double Base Guitar and vocal singer can be added if require by orgnizers. Shanti fusion is conceptualized by Pandit Yograj a famous sitar maestro from India. Shanti perform our own compositions n few covers. Shanti has performed many prestigious shows like International Film festival 04 & 07, and in 2012.Jazz yatra Mumbai,Pop beat Jazz festival Bangalore,International Art festival Delhi, Blue Frog Mumbai,Hard rock café Hyderabad, Vadodara, Pune and many more,
