Trained Classical and Contemporary Performer, Choreographer and Dance teacher. Education: I took dance as my profession and completed bachelors and masters degree in Bharatnatyam ( Tanjavur and Kalakshetra both) from Lalit kala Kendra under the notable guidance of Guru. Padmashri Dr. Sucheta Chapekar. Also I am Nritya Visharad from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. Along with classical dance I gain knowledge of Indian traditional and folk dance styles. I am also trained in western & contemporary dance forms at Attakalarari Center for Movement Art, Bangalore under teachers like Nakula Somana, Deepak S, Felix, Janet Lilly, Clare and many experts. This helped me a lot in thought process of designing choreography of dance styles.
I run the dance institution THE DANCING SOUL.
Performances: I have performed in Festival as Kalaghoda Mumbai, Infinity and beyond Goa, Ekamra International Festival Orissa, Bharat Ranga Mahostav(NSD) and cities like Pune, Barrily, Cuttuck, Gurgaon, Delhi, Nanded, Theran(Iran).
