Prachi Saathi is a versatile artist Bharatnatyam dancer, actress, model, voice-over-artist.. She learned dance from her Guru Lata Raman. Prachi was recently awarded the prestigious 'Nirtyashiromani' Award by the Utkal Yuva Sanskrutik Sangh at the 3rd Cuttack Mahotsava which is an international dance festival held in Jan 2012. She was also awarded the reputed 'Singarmani' puraskar conferred by the Sur Singa Samsad in the year 2008 by Smt.Sitaradevi. Prachi was the official dancing Mascot for the winning 'Chennai Super Kings' team at the IPL held in 2011. She won the choreography competition organized by the Kalavardhini Charitable Trust in February 2012 and 2008. She bagged several prizes at the Sharda Sangeet Vidyalaya dance competition in August 2004 and 2005. She was awarded the trophy at the Swar Sadhana Samiti dance competition in January 2005 She won the trophy at the Mulund Fine Arts dance contest in 2004. She bestowed with an award at the Youth Festival conducted by the University of Mumbai in 2000. And generally swept the awards at inter and intra collegiate dance festivals like Malhar, Rotal, Umang, etc
Prachi has been passionately performing Bharatanatyam for two decades now.She has performed at France,Chembur,Goregaon Aiyappa Temple, Shanmukhananda Fine Arts and Sangeet Sabha, the Ravindra Natya Mandir, Bandra Festival,Lokutsav in Nasik, 54th Swami Haridas Sangeet Sammelan, (Chitrangada)dance ballet in memory of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore, Chennai,Shivali Cultural Society festival Pallavotsava in Mysore,Temple performances.

Prachi has been a voice-over artiste for the past 18 years, lending and modulating her voice for over 80 TV shows, over 60 Hollywood and Bollywood films. Not to mention numerous ad films.Popular TV characters enlivened by her voice include Minnie Mouse, Niyander, Darby from Winnie the Pooh, Alice, Little Krishna, Emily in Clifford, Dennis the Menace etc. She has lent her voice to movies like 'The Karate Kid', 'The Sixth Sense', 'The Chronicles of Narnia', 'Chhota Jadugar', 'Stuart Little', 'The Little Mermaid'
Prachi has modelled for over 50 major products and services,including Vicks, Maggie Noodles, Mortein, Nyle Herbal Shampoo, Sunsilk, Kotak Mahindra, Rexona, Lux, Bru coffee etc. She has anchored a popular show based on Classical dance on Doordarshan called "Nritya ka akhil bhartiya karyakram."Prachi was a favourite on TV as Rhea in the sitcom Daddy Samjha Karo. She didnt go unnoticed in the role of Daksha in the film Pardes, and was appreciated for her performances in the music videos of Jagjit Singh, Hans Raj Hans, Ghulam Ali and others and all this began with her acting in a leading role in the children's film Karamati Coat, produced by NCYP.
