Dhanashree is a founder member of SABRANG, an institution set up to desmystify the classical arts, where she has conducted several workshops on Khayal, Thumri and various aspects of Hindustani Classical Music appreciation all over India.
Besides her musical accomplishments Dhanashree holds a Bachelor's Degree in French and has completed the Diplome Superieur (Advanced French Diploma from Alliance Francaise de Bombay)
