Mangalagaur is a musical get-together of all family women and friends. It includes dancing, playing games, Ukhane ie married women take their husband's name poetically and delicious food items. Traditionally the women play Jhimma(clap dance), Fugadi(going round by joining hands), Bhendya(antakshari songs) till the wee hours of the next morning.
