Biography

Chaitali Majgaonkar – Bhandari is performing for the last 15 years under the banner of Gammat-Jammat along with her father Shri. Surendra Majgaonkar. Till date we have successfully completed more than 250 shows around various parts Maharashtra. Father-Daughter performance is one of the major distinctiveness of this show. Chaitali is the only lady artist in solo standup comedy in show-business.

•Education – B.A. Dramatics, Lalit Kala Kendra, Pune University, Pune

•One-and-only solo lady artist

•Performing dual comedy shows with father Shri. Surendra Majgaonkar under the name of Gammat-Jammat for several years.

•We conduct workshops on Anchoring / Compering, art of telling jokes, one-man-show performance etc.

•Partook in shows on channels like Zee TV, SAB TV and Sahyadri.

•Accomplished reaching upto semi-finals on Hasya-Samrat show broadcasted on Zee TV.

•Lectures and comedy shows conducted at Pune Festival, Phaltan Festival, Pune Muncipal Corporation. Also, participated in major shows conducted in various parts of Maharashtra viz. Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Pune and Mumbai etc.

•The only Father-Daughter show in Maharashtra

•We also conduct Game shows for occasions like Birthday, Get-together, Picnic etc.

•Wrote and published book on game show ‘Party Karita Gammat Jammat Games’

•Received awards for Pune Festival Hasya-Bhushan, Rotaract Club Punabhiman, Kalaranga Sanstha, Chinchwad Kalagaurav, Pancham Kala Gaurav, Satara and Utkarsha Sanstha RanaRagini.
