Biography

Mrs. Inamdar had started giving public performances since her early childhood. She gained valuable experience over a period of time to which helped her to fine-tune her overall performance. Since her early days in Pune she had already started performing for renowned musical groups like Swaranand, Zalak and Swarali. Invitations from such renowned groups was in a sense a beginning of her professional career in light music. Today she has performed in more than 5000 public performances and has established herself as a versatile singer in light music.

Career

Mrs. Inamdar was runner up in Aarohi organized by ETV Marathi. She has also performed in several famous TV programes like Sur Taal, GeetRamayan, Laxmikant-PyarelalSangeetRajani, etc.

She was invited by Marathi Association of Sydney, Australia to perform in Australia.

An artist's hunger for creativity and excellence is ever increasing as he keeps on mastering the art. This very fact prompted Mrs. Inamdar to start her own group by the name of Trimurti in the year 2000 - 2001. Since then Trimurti has been engaged in performing innovative programs. Trimurti is a female artist group which sets it apart from the other common music groups.

Reshimregha

This program is dedicated to the songs and literature of Late Smt. Shantabai Shelke.

Rang Barase

This is a program of Marathi and Hindi classic songs, comprising of all female artists. The only exception is a sole male singer who breaks the monotony. In this programme 17 female artists participate and play all types of instruments, compere and virtually do everything. Instruments like Tabla, Dholak and side rhythm, which were being considered prerogative of male artists only, are played in the same zest and quality by these female artists. Harmony instruments like Flute, Synthesizer, Violin, Harmonium, Guitar, Sitar all are played by these female artists with no compromise on quality of the programme. Various types of songs like Lavani, Bhavgeet, Bhaktigeet, Duets, and heavy orchestration songs are included in the programme.

Awards & Achievements

Mrs. Inamdar has been blessed by stalwarts in music and literature who acclaimed her best performances in their own presence. These include Mr. Sudhir Phadke, Smt. Asha Bhosale, Mr. Hridaynath Mangeshkar, Smt. Shanta Shelke, Mr. Prashant Damle, Mr. Gajananrao Watwe and many more. Mr. Ramesh Deo and Mrs. Seema Deo participated in live show for the first time in Pune at the auspicious occasion of 100th performance of Bhavgandh.
