Ravi Guru -Tabla Artist | Banaras Gharana | Founder – Taalsaadhana Music Circle
Ravi Guru (born 15 July 1989) is an accomplished Indian tabla artist from Pune, Maharashtra, specializing in the Banaras Gharana tradition. He received his foundational training under Shri Kishor Korde and has been further mentored by renowned tabla maestro Pt. Arvind Kumar Azad. With a strong commitment to classical music education and performance, Ravi has contributed immensely to promoting Indian rhythmic art forms.

Ravi’s artistry is known for its clarity of bols, strong rhythmic foundation, and aesthetic presentation. Along with classical solo and accompaniment, he is actively involved in promoting Indian rhythm among the youth through performances, workshops, and collaborations. He is also the founder of Taalsaadhana Music Circle, a musical platform nurturing upcoming talent.

Apart from tabla, Ravi has also learned Hindustani vocal music, enriching his understanding of melody and enhancing his versatility as a performer and accompanist.

He is currently recognized as a B-High Grade Tabla Artist of AIR Delhi, continuing to perform in distinguished music circles, temples, and cultural institutions across India.
