Vaibhav Ram Das
   Biography
Vaibhav Ram Das, born on 19 September 2004, is an accomplished Mridang artist and the son and disciple of Mridang virtuoso Pt. Vijay Ram Das. Vaibhav belongs to the prestigious 'Kudau Singh Banam Awadhi Gharana' and is the seventh-generation prodigy in this musical lineage. He is also the grandson of the renowned Mridang Maharshi, the late Dr. Ramshankar Das (Swami Pagal Das ji).

   Career
Vaibhav began showcasing his talent early, earning the Vishist Baal Pratibha Samman from International Dhrupad Dham, Trust, Jaipur, in 2015. Since then, he has captivated audiences across India, performing at esteemed venues and festivals. Notable performances include:

First Prize in Pakhawaj Competition - Won first place in a prestigious Pakhawaj competition organized by Vishwas Sangeet Samiti, Haryana, on March 6, 2023.

Outstanding Performance Award - Presented at the Sangeet Milon Program organized by Classical Voice of India on December 17, 2023.

Through these awards, Vaibhav has garnered recognition for his skill and dedication, highlighting his expertise in Pakhawaj and Mridang vadan and marking him as a prominent young artist in the Indian classical music sphere.
