Biography

I am Vinayak Dinesh Badekar, have over 7 years of experience in choreographing various Dance competitions. My dedication to creating innovative and impactful choreography has consistently left lasting impressions on audiences. I am thrilled to share my creative journey and contribute to the vibrant world of Dance.

Dance has always been my passion and a profound part of my life. From a young age, I was captivated by the power of movement and rhythm. Over the years, I have honed my skills and developed a unique style that blends traditional and contemporary Dance forms. My approach to choreography is both creative and disciplined, ensuring that each performance is not only visually stunning but also deeply meaningful.

My journey as a choreographer has been enriched by diverse experiences, ranging from cultural events and flash mobs to prestigious national ceremonies. Each project has provided me with an opportunity to explore new themes, experiment with different styles, and connect with audiences on an emotional level. I believe that Dance is a universal language that can inspire, entertain, and bring people together.

Vision and Goals My vision as a choreographer is to continue pushing the boundaries of Dance, exploring new techniques, and creating performances that resonate with audiences. I aim to inspire and nurture the next generation of Dancers, sharing my knowledge and passion for this art form. Through collaboration with fellow artists and participation in various projects, I hope to contribute to the cultural landscape and promote the universal language of Dance.

Experience

• G20 Summit Opening & Closing Ceremony I had the honor of presenting choreography for the opening and closing ceremonies of the G20 Summit in Mumbai at Hotel Grand Hyatt. This prestigious event allowed me to showcase my work on an international stage.

• National Center for the Performing Arts (NCPA), Mumbai Performed Rajasthani Folk Dance on 14th August 2022 for a cultural event, celebrating the rich heritage of Indian Dance

• Amazon India Flashmob Choreographed and performed a flash mob at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, bringing joy and surprise to travelers.

• G20 India Events Participated in various performances for G20 India Events across multiple cities in Maharashtra, contributing to the cultural exchange and celebration of global unity.

• 350th Shivrajyabhishek at Raigad Fort Performed at the historic 350th Shivrajyabhishek at Raigad Fort on 3rd June 2023, commemorating a significant event in Indian history.

• 350th Shivrajyabhishek at Raj Bhavan Performed at the 350th Shivrajyabhishek at Raj Bhavan on 6th June 2023, adding to the grandeur of the celebration.

• Inter-School Dance Competition at Padua High School Choreographed the team which won the 2nd prize, showcasing young talent and fostering a love for Dance among students.

• D.G. Ruparel College, Mumbai Served as the Dance Director from January 2023 to March 2023, guiding and mentoring students in their artistic pursuits.

• Herambh Theatres, Mumbai Worked as a Dance Choreographer, contributing to various theatrical productions and enhancing the overall impact of performances.

• D.G. Ruparel College Youth Festival Choreographed Dance performances for the Youth Festival in 2023, highlighting the creativity and energy of young Dancers.

• Rashtriya Sanskrutik Mahotsav, Pune Choreographed Team Maharashtra in September 2023, participating in a national cultural festival that celebrates India's diverse heritage.
