Charanya Gurusathya is the founder director of “NATYASHALA- School of Bharathanatyam”- a premier institute for Indian Classical Arts in Pune. Quality of dance, perfection, precision on the style and imparting pure traditional form of art is their main focus. ‘Abhyasa Pradarshanam’ the dance recital by its students is well appreciated by stalwarts and is a regular feature every year in Pune’s leading newspapers. With an aim to propagate the art of dance the disciples are groomed into good dancers and better human beings for the future generation. 

Charanya has over two decades of professional performing experience to her credit both in India and abroad.  To name a few -The Spirit of Unity Concerts at Chennai; Perur Natyanjali; World Dance Day in Bangalore; Cleveland Thyagaraja Aradhana at USA; Nrithya Aradhana in Bharatiya Temple at USA. In 2007, audience galore from USA acknowledged her performance at the Chrysler Asian Network. Besides enthralling audiences worldwide Charanya has performed at prestigious platforms such as Kannada Doordarshan Channel, Kairali TV, E-TV Kannada being a few among them. 

In February 2015 the students of Natyashala along with Charanya performed at the prestigious Uttara Chidambaram Natyanjali Festival, Satara.Reviws in the local newspapers spoke all about the splendid performance by the entire team.
