Rajashree Gadhikar is a Kathak dancer. She is running Kathak classes from last twenty years. There are more than 100 students enrolled in her calss.

* Amatuare theater performances all over Maharashtra.
* Mono act play.
* One act play.
Rajashree has also directed Skits and Dance dramas and state level competitions.
Rajashree Gadhikar was working in 'Sanskar Bharati', a renowned sanstha as head of Dance department. There she has given various performances in different events at various levels. She has even organised various competitions and programs.
