He has been awarded scholarship for young talented artist by the Dept.
of Culture Govt of India., Junior research fellowship in Kathak dance
by dept of culture Govt. India 'Shilpa-Nritya-Tatva in Jainism
fellowship by Jain community Bangalore.
He has directed dance dramas like Parikrama, Vaham Rakshami, Amal Ushir
Solothematic presentation Shree Radha. Composed and choreographed
Taalvaadya Kacheri- 'Chandaangan'
He have been awarded Maharashtra Yuva Sanman 2006, Shringarmani 2009,
Rangkarmi Puraskar 2010
Nitin featured in National documentary film on dance and heritage at
Daulatabad Fort by Delhi Doordarshan.
Nitin has featured as a dancer and choreographer in International
documentary by channel 4 and Anna Pictures Hyderabad.
At present Nitin is teaching at “Nritya-Spandan” Pune.
