Rohit Kulkarni

• proprietor of Kulkarni Tabla classes which is affiliated to Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal,Miraj and also having Exam Center of Gandharva exams of music...
• Also teaching in Chinmaya Naada Bindu, Kolwan.

He has accompanied classical vocalists, instrumentalists & Kathak dancers; performed in ‘Taalkeertan’ project composed & directed by Pt. Suresh Talwalkar, and has given solo performances in various cities.

Besides being a performer, Rohit has taken up teaching from the last six years, which he does with great dedication.

Presently, he is appointed as Faculty for Tabla at Chinmaya Naada Bindu, the Gurukul for Indian Performing Arts, from the year 2013. 

Also he is the Proprietor of Kulkarni Tabla Classes in Nigdi which is affiliated to Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal,Miraj and it is a recognized Exam Center of Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal,Miraj.

He has been awarded with the ‘National Scholarship by Ministry of Culture, Government of India’ in the year 2008, for his talent. 

In 2013, he has been awarded with ‘B’ grade by All India Radio for solo Tabla performance.
