   Biography
Dr. Mrunmayee Bhajak is a multifaceted person, who has proved her talent in many arenas.

Mrunmayee is a medical doctor. Stage is her passion since early school days. And she is not only pursuing it, but also enhancing it day by day. As she is gifted with a commendable voice quality, and  a command on diction, she  has exhibited her versatility  as a compere, anchor, solo performer and  voice over artist. Her flair for languages strengthens her to excel in Marathi, Hindi and English compering. She is also adroit in writing  in Marathi and English as well.

Having been enacted in dramas and one act plays she uses her acting talent in her solo performances. HASYAVARSHA and Ka - KAVITECHA are her solo performances greatly appreciated by audience from all walks of life. Being a medical doctor, she has conducted many workshops on various health related subjects. Her workshops on parenting and women’s mental health are highly appreciated. Madhurangan (sakal group) had hosted her workshop in Pune.

Elegance and liveliness are the qualities which invariably contribute to her burgeoning success as   a stage performer.

MRUNMAYEE - A SOLO PERFORMER

Mrunmayee is a solo performer in Marathi. She has performed in Pune, Mumbai and United States. Lolak (kaleidoscope) and Ka-kavitecha are her performances.(details in My program page)

MRUNMAYEE - COMPERE

Mrunmayee has a wide range of experience as a compere in Marathi, English and Hindi with self script writing. Be it any event like Sahitya Sammelan, literary events, Kavi Sammelan, award ceremonies, musical concert, corporate events she does the best. She has done compering for many prestigious events, with dignitaries from various fields.Few of the names are : Mangesh Padgaonkar, Madhumangesh Karnik, Da. Ma. Mirasdar, Da.Bhi.Kulkarni, Pravin Dawne, Sawani Shende Sathye, Jhelam Chaubal, Smita Talwalkar, Amruta Subhash, Alka Kubal, Adv. Ujjwal Nikam, Arun Shouri and so on.... Mrunmayee has worked on television (Doordarshan,Saam TV) as an anchor and has conducted many interviews successfully.

Hasyavarsha: This program consists of Marathi vinod, vidamban, natya, kavita and a tons of fun. Total comedy....just be there to laugh.... KA-KAVITECHA : As the name suggests ,this program focuses on Marathi poetry. This is a great collection of Marathi poems by renowned as well as unnoted but talented poets belonging to diverse eras .The poems are threaded together with “khuskhushit nivedan”This is my effort to put forth Marathi cultural and literary treasure in front of modern Marathi audience.
