Priyank Krishna

Priyank is accompanying  his father  in various music concerts, today he is carving out a niche for himself in the field of Saxophone . In his recital Priyank likes to combine the melody of Gayaki and intricacies of Tantrakari styles along-with keeping the effectiveness of a western instrument. He has good command in playing Flute also.

Priyank has won many prizes, awards and achievements some of them are

•             Priyank has empanelled as an Academic Counselor of Flute from IGNOU, New Delhi.

•             He has won 2nd prize in North-Zone Inter-University Competition held in lovely professional University, Phagwara (Punjab).

•             He has been also awarded 1st Prize (3 times) at the UNIFEST organized by Dr.B.R.A.University, Agra.

•             He has won Bronze Trophy in All India Flute Recital Competition 2011 held in Lucknow organized by Sahara India.

•             He has won 1st prize in Flute & Saxophone at the Uttar Pradesh Sangeet Natak Academy Competition.                

•             He is member of newly formed first Vadya-Vrindh (Classical Orchestra) of Cultural Department of U.P. Govt., Lucknow.

•             He has won silver medal in North Zonal Universities Youth festival held in Kurukshetra (Haryana) and Jhansi(U.P.).

•             He has won 2nd prize in Inter-State Universities Youth Festival held in Varanasi.                                            

•             He has been approved as “Youth Artiste” of All India Radio.
