Samnit's journey in music began with notable achievements early on, including winning the Best Orator prize at Josephest 2018 and securing the second runner-up position in "Allahabad ki Shaan Season 1." He qualified for the second round of Indian Idol ground auditions and emerged victorious in the RFC talent hunt.
