Sushma Gidh started performing as a singer at the age of 4 years.

Done BA in Music (Sitar) from SNDT University. Guru- Mrs. Aparna Deodhar, Visharad in SitAR from  Gandharva Mahavidyalaya 

She plays Harmonium, guitar, keyboard and  octopad.  

Also she known for singing in the voices of Shamshad Begum, Noorjaha and Geeta Dutta
