Biography

I am Tabla player & teacher from Pune. I am a currently learning from Tabla Maestro Pt.Ramdas Palsule ji.

I am pursuing M.A.(Tabla) from Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune.

I have completed my graduation in Mechanical Engineering but to follow my passion I am full time into Tabla.

I have completed my Visharad from Gandharv Mahavidyalay Pune in 2013.

Since April 2014, I am teaching Tabla to students under the banner Aavartan Tabla Classes. My institute is also an Authorised Exam Center of Gandharv Mahavidyalay Pune.

Currently I am teaching nearly 50 students thorugh Aavartan Tabla Classes.

I have also worked as a Tabla Teacher in Sargam Sangeet Vidyalay Pune.

Career

Though being an engineer to follow my passion Tabla, which I have been learning since I was 7 years old, now I am full time into Tabla.

Since 2014, I have been teaching students Tabla under the banner Aavartan Tabla Classes. My institute is also an Authorised Exam Center of Gandharv Mahavidyalay, Pune.

I do Tabla solo performances as well as accompany Classical & Light Vocalist, Instrumentalists & Kathak Dancers.

Awards & Achievements

Awards :

Young Star Achiever Award from Pt.Trimbakrao Umrani Pratishthan, Karad in 2009.
Stood 1st in Shrirang Kalaniketan, Talegaon Dabhade at Pune Center & 3rd at Final Round in 2009.
Stood 1st in competition held by Sangeet Sankalp Sanstha, Pune in 2010.
Stood 2nd in National Level competition held by Akhil Bharatiya Sangeet Sankalp in Kanpur, 2012.
Stood 1st in Intercollege Competition held by B.J.Medical College Pune in 2013.
Received Best Teacher Award from Sargam Sangeet Vidyalay in 2016.
Received Gold Medal as I stood 1st in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Pune in 2016.
Received 1st Prize in Online Mega Talent Competition organised by Pioneer Arts Education Society Delhi in May 2020.

Achievements :

Performed in the prestigious Satguru Shree Jangli Maharaj Utsav in 2010.
Performed in 8th Sangeet Sankalp Mahotsav at FLAME Institute of Performing Arts in 2010.
Accompanied renowned vocalist Dr.Rewa Natu several times since 2013.
Got authorisation to my institute Aavartan Tabla Classes started in 2014 as an Exam Center from Gandharv Mahavidyalay Pune in 2016.
Got to accompany Harmonium Maestro Shri.Milind Kulkarni ji in 2019.
