Dance Academy - she laid foundation of her own
dance academy named ''SANCHAY KATHAK NRUTYA ACADEMY ''in pimpri - chinchwad in
1990.[28 years] This is the first kathak dance class in pimpri chinchwad area
run by vaishali palsule . There are three branches of "Sanchay Kathak
Nrutya Academy -" one in chinchwad & two in nigdi , pradhikaran . The
students of Sanchay Kathak Nrutya Academy follow the pattern of "Akhil
Bhartiya Gandharv Mahavidyalay "& every students get through the exams
with first class &distinction. Her 25 disciples are successfully
completed" Nrutya Visharad" & 2 disciples are successfully
completed "Nrutya Alankar" .
Her many students performed in abroad like Europe
, Bankok , Singapore , Dubai & many more & won prestigious awards 7
prizes.
She is examiner ,paper setter & paper
checker of Akhil Bhartiya Gandharv
Mahavidyalay Mandal.

performed in "Sawarkar sangeet mohotsav".

Since 12 years the students
of 'Sanchay Kathak Nrutya Academy" have been performing in ''ASHA BHOSLE
PURASKAR'' organised by Akhil Bhartiya Natya Parishad . the dance have to be
performed on the music composed by the recipients of the Asha Bhosle Puraskar .

ancient kathak derived from kirtan to 21st century i.e remix or fusion , " Anadi Mi Anant Mi "based on
life of Lord Ganesha , "Kalakar Ghadtna" based on life of
kalakar that is how the artist or
kalakar are made , ''Kautuk" ,
"kathak Nrutyonmesh" ," kathak nrutya Archana" ,"
kathak nrutya sandhya" . Her all choreographies are very famous .

workshop in sangeet mohotsav organised by Dhyan prabodhini school , nigdi
pradhikaran.

on 9 may 2019 , her disciple
& daughter rajashree dhongade performed on unique concept "Kathak
Kirtan" choreoghraphed by vaishali palsule & performed in "sankar
maharaj sangeet mohotsav" , padmavti pune , this unique choreography is
very famous.
