Nandini ji started learning Bharathanatyam at the age of 6 years under the guidance of Guru Natyacharya.Vidwan Kannan Ramanujam and continued to enrich her knowledge. Also teamed up with many well-known artistes.
Nandini ji's perception of Bharatnatyam is it's way of life, in addition to being an art form, it guides her the way of living by connecting her to the roots and traditions of Bharatha Kanda, where we can glean enormous knowledge from it and gain morality and life skills. In fact, that is the reason 'Natya-Veda' (Indian classical dance form) was created.
As an artiste, my objective is to use dance as a tool for communication and convey the best possible messages widely, I also believe that there is no age or gender restrictions in learning any kind of art and that's the reason the dance school Nandini ji is running is open to all.
