   Biography
Deepak Dewoolkar is a popular TV and film actor in India. He has acted in many Marathi hit movies like Vaat Pahte Punvechi, JanmaDaata, Maza Saubhagya, Dhani Kunkawacha, Sasar Maher, etc. Deepak Dewoolkar is also famous for his role of Balram in the Krishna (TV series). He is known for his character of Mahadev Thakur, in ETV Marathi serial Lek Ladki Ya Gharchi.  Deepak also acted in 'Sapane Sajan Ke',  'Ye Risha Kya...' and 'Lek Ladaki Hya Gharachi', etc. Not just acting, but Deepak is a script writer too. He has done script-writing for a movie 'Saad'.

Deepak Dewoolkar is married to Nishigandha Wad.
