Anand Bhimsen Joshi is the son of Bharatratna Pt.Bhimsen Joshi. He follows Kirana gharana tradition. Anand Joshi is a classical singer and light classical devotional singer and santavani. He has performed in classical music conferences across India. Anandji sings Pt. Bhimsen Joshi's santavani program and dasvani program in Marathi and Kannad language.
Anand Bhimsend Joshi is a founder member of Swarabhaskar Music Acadamy and secretary, teaches and promotes classical and santavani music. He arranges Swarabhaskar sangeet mohostav in jaunary month in every year.
Anandji is a polular music guru too.
