Balasaheb Deshpande
did his job in various schools of Nasik Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. After 36
years Balasaheb Deshpande retired in Dec 1996 as Principal in Night High school.
From 1985 to 1995 he was the Hon. Director member of Maharashtra
state School and higher secondary school examination mandal , Pune .
He is Foundar Member and Exe.

National Educational Anusandhan
Parishad , New Delhi – In this organization- under his expert guidance and as a
music director he had done so many groupsongs from 1970 as on today.

Jagtik Marathi Parishad Mumbai, Mauritius, Delli, Issrayal.
