Raga Mand Bhairav is rare raga of bhairav prakar. It is composed by Ustad Vilayat Khan. and has 'Shringar and Shant' rasa. Ustad depicts 'Mand as Parvati' and 'Bhairav as shankar'. In maand he feels and portrays feminine grace and in Bhairav he feels and shows the mood of vaguer and vitality along with tranquility of of down. It is of Sampooran – Sampooran (7/7) Jati.
