Biography

A versatile singer, extremely comfortable with Indian Classical and Light music...but beneath the genius' exterior beats the heart of a highly evolved artist. Here exists a man with captivating depth of thought, originality and expression that has highly motivated and inspired many people over the world.

The vocal cavities resonate overtones to the point where these became audible as distinct tones.

Aavishkar Academy of Performing Arts

In addition to solo and group performances, Aniruddha is a founder member and director of Dharampeth Education Society’s ‘Aavishkar Academy of Performing Arts’ which is formed in the year 2011 to groom and promote the young musical talent of central India.

Aniruddha is a disciple of Pt. Kaivalya Kumar Gurav of Kirana Gharana.

Scholarship of Government of India in the field of Indian Classical Music at the tender age of 18.
Scholarship of Dadar-Matunga Cultural center in the field of Natyasangeet in the year 2002
Scholarship of Sulshree Pratishthan, Mumbai, in the field of Indian Classical Music in the year 2006
Won 1st prize in the competition organized by All India Radio in the field of Natyasangeet in the year 2004
Won prize in All India Level Competition organized by Omkarnath Thakur Trust, Bharuch.
Represented Nagpur University at Youth Festival for classical vocal competition for two years.
Won many prizes in classical as well as light vocal music competitions at district, state and national level.

He was also selected amongst the best 18 artist from all over India for "Idea Jalsa", the first ever talent hunt for Indian Classical Music organized by 'Indian Music Academy', and performed in proud presence of Pt. Jasraj, Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia and Pt. Hariharan, on DD National Channel
