   Biography

V. Anuradha Singh is renowned Classical Kathak dance exponent based in Bhopal M.P. She got kathak scholarship by Govt. of M.P. for 4 years and trained under Guru Shishya Parampara by Late shri pt. Kartikram and Pt. Ramlal gurus of Raigarh Gharana kathak in Chakradhar center Bhopal. Anuradha has done M.A. in kathak and got first position in merit – Gold medalist from Indira Kala Sangeet University Khairagarh in 1991. Her debut dance performance was Festival of India in USSR Moscow by Govt. of India 1988. She is foremost and famous performing dancer of Raigarh gharana with the long list (200 prestigious festivals) of solo participation in many reputed stage of National and International which are full house enthralled audience and assertion from connoisseurs and stalwarts of Indian classical dance. Anuradha widely known for excellent and energetic kathak dance performance and Ghunghroo vadan, with the long list of solo participation in many National and International reputed stage

Kathak performed by promising artist V. Anuradha Singh. Anuradha is noted for her innovation and improvisation without forsaking the traditional Kathak technique. Rhythmic understanding, ability to extemporize with speedy rhythms and subtle novelty to the Kathak repertoire while preserving the tenets of the pure classical style, by blending Lucknow and Jaipur Gharana are some of her qualities.
