Srujan Sakhya – An entertaining journey with our culture
Srujan Sakhya was launched two years back and has presented more than 25 programmes on varied topics at renowned associations in Mumbai and Thane city. Among our noteworthy events are the ones performed for the Acharya Atre Katta, Brahman Sewa Sangh, Hitavardhini Sabha, Maghi Ganeshotsav Mandal at Naupada, Reserve Bank Employees Association, Rutu Park Senior Citizens Association, events for the Devrukhe Brahman Sangh at Sahyog Mandir in Thane; as well as programmes for the Chitapawan Brahman Sangh in Girgaon and the Maharashtra Sewa Sangh in Mulund.
We have also performed at numerous family functions like Mangala Gauri events, Dohaljevan(Baby Showers), Birthdays held at Brahman Sewa Sangh, Gyanraaj Sabha Gruh, Shubhamkaroti Sabha Gruh etc in Thane and several such venues in Mumbai too.
Srujan Sakhya is a group of talented performers associated with many social and cultural organizations. With a pure aim of entertaining and subtly spreading a social message, we present curated programmes to our discerning clients - both young and old. With every programme we strive to offer something new and exciting to the audiences; even when we are organizing Mangala Gauri games.
We present ‘Navras’, ‘Sankraman’, ‘Nisargasakha’ and ‘Sahitya Mehfil’-( a presentation on the works of great Literary figures ) through poetry, drama, reading, recitation and other mediums of dramatization. The celebration of Indian festivals is depicted through its rich colours, unique messages and its connection to nature but it is presented in a lighter tone. Our programmes and messages are co-related to highlight and promote the goodness of Ayurved too.
We can be a part of all celebrations in your family/ society/ corporate events bringing meaningful, fun-filled and inter active entertainment through poetry reading or recitation, book reading called abhivachan and audience participation. We can also organize psychological counseling sessions, lectures and events on based on Yoga/Ayurved for our clients.
We believe in offering pure entertainment with some motivation and a dose of inspiration by blending it with our culture and traditions. We strive to be different from all the loud, boisterous music and dance events that crowd our functions luring them back to the melodious and rich music, dance and drama forms that this 5000 year old India civilization has preserved.
