Sumit Nayak developed interest in music at a very early age. Being surrounded by musicians he started learning at the age 14
He learnt playing the Indian classical music on keyboard for two years from his guru Rajesh Joshi. Thereafter he got well acquainted with the Western Classical style from Prashant Bhalekar
To advance his musical knowledge, he learnt playing electronic keyboard from our Institute's very own faculty, Suraj Shetty
Having learnt music from various teachers, his knowledge and experience is nothing but impressive
Sumit possesses diverse skills in playing keyboard and by teaching in this Institute, he has set an example for those who strive to make a career in music
He plays music in different genres such as rock, progressive rock, hindi progressive rock and fusion
